gas pains?

So I feel like I have gas pains like if I had to fart or poop but I try and I cant. Sometimes its real intense that I cant walk or bend over. Is it just gas or what else couldnit be?? Lots of pressure in pelvic area ah its horrible. Im 38w4d.

I get gas pains all the time too. Every day for the last month at least :(

I get gas pains all the time now, I'm 34+5, and what I do to relieve it is lay on my left side.. someone told me its supposed to help. Hope this helps you cuz I know the pain can be bad!!

Same here. I think the pressure is causing it. I know I keep saying this but not only my *** hurts but every time I turn on my side at night or walk it feels like my vag is about to fall off.  Its all pressure and it surely hurts. Hope we don't have to wait long, I am ready to meet my baby too .. if you go to labor anytime soon, good luck and congratulations.

I get the same pain and always wonder if its labor, but then i know it's gas cause I feel the bubbles and then it quits. Lol it can really hurt!

Right! Babys very movy too if that makes sence lol shes just movingnevrytime I get the pain and my tummy does get real hard with the pains also. :/

Aw! I've been getting really gassy when I have an empty tummy! ;( I'm sure it'll go away soon like last time, we hope!

Well the.pain went away through the night so must of been gas lol but I have been having contractions and alot of pressure. Thank you ladies for helping me out!!! :)

Yes thats exactly how I feel! Ive been getting that the last couple days but its justvgetting worse! :/ and thanks alexiafaye I cant wait to meet my baby girl!

You're not alone. The feeling and pain where you want to fart and nothing comes out and it really hurts. It would just go away after a couple seconds but it hurts so much that you can't even talk or walk. I'm 37 weeks and it happens to me here and there.

Honestly it could be gas or labor.....I'm on my second child....and when your having contractions it feels like a bowl movement sometimes so if they get to where you can time them then call your dr .....good luck

Oh you poor thing ;( I'm FTM and very early in my pregnancy but is assume it's a gassy tummy. Do t quote me on that though lol! I hope it gets better and you can sail smoothly until you get to meet your baby : )
