Yehh I know how you feel!! Just try and stay as healthy as you can and start talking to your doc/midwife about what could possibly happen in certain situations

Oh god I truly wanted a non medicated delivery and definitely don't want a c section.

A side effect of gd id that baby can be larger than normal which can make labour even harder. As long as theres no issues with you or baby, I don't see why you couldn't go fullterm either. My friend had a csection 2wks early as she couldn't regulate her blood sugar levels. Good luck with everything!!
