I've been trying to get pregnant for a few months now. Last month I started experiencing pregnancy symptoms. My period was 5 days late but then came on suddenly a lot heavier than usual and with a lot more clots than usual. I gained a few pounds and every thought I was pregnant so I took a HPT twice, sadly they were both negative. I am still experiencing these symptoms but not as often as before. My question is what else could be wrong since both test were negative?

Hi!
I think I may already have answered your question in the other forum.  When I re-read it, it sounds to me as though you want to get pregnant during the month that you two are together.  I would suggest that your husband donate sperm very early and very late int the cycle.  This could be used for IUI if you don't get pregnant while he is with you.  When he is with you, you should have intercourse every other day or every day.  You could do ovulation predictor kits,
and have your doctor follow your ovaries with ultrasound--they can see where to follicle has developed.  They could then do a trigger shot and inject the sperm (a procedure called IUI). OR you could just have sex very frequently, especially before and during ovulatoin.
After you ovulate you can do what comes naturally.
Good luck!
