heartburn + hair

Is it true that babies with a lot of hair give their mommies heartburn ? If the mommy doesn't get heartburn does that mean that the baby will have no hair ?

I had terrible heartburn all the way through wiv my little man and he had a lovely full head of hair so was true in my case.

It was true for me! I had the WORST heartburn ever and my babygirl came out with a full head of hair!

It Is a wives tale, but It was true for me! I had HORRIBLE heartburn and my baby came out with a full head of hair. It's juss a 50 50 chance.

Not true at all ......I have the worst heartburn ever with my last pregnancy and my son came out bald and was like that for a year and a half....lol......I wish it was true cause I'm having a girl this time and have heartburn again

I never really believed it but with our daughter I barely had any heartburn and she was almost bald but right now with our son I would get really bad heartburn so bad I would throw up sometimes and we went for an ultrasound a few days ago and they said he has a full head of hair. So idk maybe just coincidence.

I think it's a wives tale too, but who knows! my friend had bad heartburn and had a boy with a head full of hair. I had none, and my daughter was practically bald :)

I had horrible heart burn and my daughter came out with LOTS of hair.  It was ridiculous!!!

I have heard some people say its true and others say its not...I don't really know if its true of not but I didn't have any heartburn with my first and he was basically born bald lol and so far I have a little bit with this baby so we will see in about 7more weeks if she will be bald too.

My first two I hardly had heartburn & both came out with full head of hair. This one I'm due in July but I get severe hb a lot . I don't believe it

I think that is an old wives tale. I don't think it is true. I have two boys and during their pregnancy I had heartburn really bad and they were both bald when they were born.
