horribly ITCHY

Have any of you been really itchy all over your body from being pregnant? Ive been straching so much on my leg and arm i broke skin. Ive tried a lot of different lotions. I put lotion on every day. Bur yesterday i put lotion on 3 times and 4 times today, nothing is helping!

Call your doctor and let them know. At the very least they can prescribe an anti itch medicine that's safe for pregnancy.

I know exaclty how you feel and you should totally tell your doc I have the same problem they did some blood test and came out I had cholestesis something about the liver problem ... make sure you make them do blood test goodluck

I was the same way, I got temporary relief with Nivea extended moisture lotion.

Don't scratch.  Only makes it worse & causes stretch marks & infection. I know it's harder to say than do, but its a mental thing.  When u start to itch think about something else or start cleaning up anything.  Also you should try a more expensive lotion.  The cheaper ones are most ly water. Cetaphil & Eucerin work great for me.

I dont have ecema. Should i wait and ask my ob doctor. I go the 27th. Or should i call my family doctor?

Tell your doctor or midwife about it asap! It could be a totally harmless but annoying symptom but it could also indicate elevated bile levels related to gallbladder or liver problems. Your provider will probably want to run some tests.

I have eczema so yes I have. But it can be liver related problem so get checked out by your doctor.
