Hi!
That is a difficult question, because we are not typically doing pregnancy tests on women who have just delivered.  My best answer is that in most cases the HCG should have cleared the blood stream by 2-4 weeks after the delivery.  The rate of clearance is probably variable depending upon the pregnancy too--
