how to hold your pee

I have an ultra sound on Tuesday and they said to go with a full bladder of water BC you can see better, im not supposed to pee 30 minutes before. That's going to be so hard BC if i sneeze, cough, hiccup, ill pee!! I'm having a terrible time holding my bladder.
Any suggestions on how to hold it longer?

It takes 1 hour for your bladder to be full enough for an ultrasound.   What I do is start drinking water or juice about 1 before my appointment.   It always works because 9 out of 10 times you go in after your actual time.

Even if it's not fully full don't worry.  They van check baby with a half full bladder.  Once your bladder is full then they can check your cervix.

That's the reason why it needs to be full because your bladder when it's full tilts your cervix.

Should be plenty

That should be fine. If it takes that long to get there then maybe just drink half a bottle of water before you leave and then take a full bottle to drink in the car.

My ultrasound tech always asks if I need to empty my bladder before I get my ultrasounds lol. Maybe just drink 1/2 gallon of water like 30 min before your appointment. That way your bladder will be full?

I would say just drink a bottle of water when you are on the way to the doc.
