i dont want to eat

I'm 9 weeks pregnant wiith my second baby and I am having no desire to eat. My stomach hurts a lot. Its like a hungry feeling but it hurts and its followed by a sick feeling. I try so hard to eat but it just kills my stomach and then makes me feel like I'm going to throw up. I was wondering if anyone else has delt with this and what you did to help with out medication?

I survived on toast, orange juice, and raw veggies and apples. Anything else was awful. Pretzels, crackers, and hard candy as well.

I Had That From 4-15 Weeks. Everyday, 24/7 I Could Not Eat, I Would Throw It Right Back Up Again. The Thought Look And Smell Of Food Made Me So Nauseous. I Heard Ginger Ale, Saltine Crackers, Or Peggy Pops Work. But Neither Worked For Me.

Pretty sure almost every momma has gone through this ;) lol morning sickness is horrible, I lost 12 pounds from it! But, when I was really sick, my doctor told me to keep crackers by my bed and before you even get out of bed in the morning, eat a few. The only thing that ever worked for me was medication but for me, my sickness would get worse if I let myself get hungry, so make sure you don't even give your stomach the chance to get hungry lol. And coke would settle my stomach a little bit too
