Talk with your doctor and know your limits the first time I was pregnant I was working out really heavy I didn't know I was pregnant till 3 months I ended up miscarring at 20 weeks always listen to your body
I'm still weight training and doing cardio at 7 and a half months. Since your body is used to that you should be able to keep at it until you deliver. :)
It's not bad I kept doing my workouts until I was 6 months. My doctor says not to lift more then 25 pounds. Also don't allow your self to get out of breath. Keep working out but know your limit. No jumping or lifting instead walk incline.
