inducing labor

I Am already 40 weeks and i want to induce labor at home naturally rather than having it done ay the hospital,, what are some natural ways of inducing labor other than walking? (Too much snow and ice outside)

Yeah I used my bed to bounce on. It's the same. But eating a whole fresh pineapple made me go into labor. I did everything else but the pineapple is what helped me.

I dont have an exercise ball but i could just roll my hips at the edge of the bed that would be the same right?

Swx doesn't help induce labor. A man's sperm softens your cervix, which is really good. Stuff that will help you dialate is a lot of walking and jumping. If you have an exercise ball, role your hips on it.

Nipple stimulation worked for me. Also i bounced on an exercise ball and went into labor a few hours later. Idk if that was a coincidence or not though.

Try hot ginger tea. With milk not water. It helped my sister to start her labor process.

I tried sex and it has not worked for me gives me some braxton hicks afterwards some people say it has worked for them. Also I heard to try spicy foods but I struggle enough with heartburn already, squats which I might try tonight, and I heard nipple stimulation I read it on babycenter.com but I have never heard someone tell me that they did it.

I've heard but not tried, sex helps induce labor. Good luck I hope you have your baby soon
