No, you're fine.just keep well ventilated (: and ammonia is considered bad because of the smell not so much the chemicals but its better to be safe  . You can use vegetable dye. Like manic panic . Totally safe. Doesn't damage your hair. It's semi permanent though I use that for my red hair (:

Try to avoid dye with ammonia. I am going to school for hair and make up and highly recommend you stay away from box dye! It's bad for your hair and even your health if you're going dark, but especially while pregnant. If you go into a salon, you will get better quality, it's safer, and they'll know what to use on you to avoid any sickness or heavy chemicals.
