Ive had intense all day sickness and headaches. The only thing that's worked for me are salt and vinegar chips, reg. Lays chips and peppermint candies. Hope it gets better for you.
At 6 weeks, I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) which is severe nausea, vomiting, dehydration and weight loss that only .5-1% of pregnant women get. I've been hospitalized 3 times for chronic dehydration, had to withdraw from my PhD courses, been off work 7 weeks and have lost 26 pounds. For the last 2 months, I have been unable to keep down foods or liquids. I now have a home care nurse daily, on IV's and a 24 hour Zofran pump to stop the vomiting. I am so blessed to be bring forth life but I'm absolutely miserable! I feel so helpless and uncomfortable! I'm now 14 weeks and wonder if I have the strength and faith to push through. I'm so tried and drained! So, I understand your pain.
Ask your doctor for zofran it helps with nauseous and vomiting. I'm 22 weeks and 2 days I still have some throwing up, but they say it usually goes away at 12 weeks.
