late period, no discharge, slight cramping

i have had cramps for the past day but my period hasnt come yet. i was meant to start on 26th of december and all that has happened is tht i got a yellow sticky and stretchy discharge and now there is no dischrge at all just cramping. my breasts arnt sore at all and i dont feel so nuseated. i have had lower back pains, and felt abit bloted. please help me.

i was sexually involved with a man like 4 days after the end of my last period and he hd worn a condom but i dont think he came, and then a week later i got sexually involved with my ex but he just inserted his penis in my vagina twice and then we stopped cause he dint have  condom nd we didnt want to use pull out method.

after that I have been experiencing a variety of stomach pains - most of them probably stress-related because I have felt so worried/guilty, but as of 2 days ago I've been having what I thought were on-and-off menstrual cramps - some sharp some dull, and my normal pms symptoms but my periods are still not coming.
so could someone please please help me and tell me if im pregnant im so scared
