have been experiencing low back pain on the right side that moves towards the lower abdomen on the right side and also towards the right side of the back.  i am trying to concieve.  my periods are due in 1 week.  never have experienced such low back pain.  is this a sign of early pregnancy or just a muscle ache or due to constipation as i am also having constipation.

HI!
I'm sorry to say, it is most likely constipation.  Any type of pain that moves around and comes and goes is usually related to the gastrointestinal tract.  One of the very best things for constipation is LOTS of water.  Try drinking 2-3 liters per day.  Also, Miralax is safe and effective.  It won't hurt a baby if you are pregnant.
Good luck!

hi

u havent given alot of info, but i must confess im in the same boat.(trying to conceive)
its very early to tell if u are pregnant or not.. Wait for your period. if u skipped a week then u need to take a test. On the other hand no pregnancy is the same so no need to lose hope just yet..
Many say u must stop thinking about conceiving and not to try to hard, but easier said than done right?
if u send me more info, maybe i could help u....
happy hunting!!! lol.
