missed periods

Hi I am 46 years old have recently missed 2 periods I have the sensation of my period about to start painfull breasts bloating, I have done a pregnancy test, this happened last year where I missed 3 periods but have been regular since then, am I going through the perrimenopause what test can I test can i take from the chemist to confirm, I feel lousy

Hi!
There are some over the counter tests that check for menopause. RU-25 plus is the name of one.  The kits check for FSH which is elevated prior to and during menopause.
It looks like Amazon.com would be a good place to shop for one!
