The swelling is from water retention and should go down in a couple of weeks. Breastfeeding does work better for some than others with weight loss. I had my son on the 5th and have lost a steady 2lbs a day. Still have a long way to go, but I also have my personal trainer booked in the day my son turns 6 weeks lol

Yesss breastfeeding definitely helps. . I only breastfed for the first couple of weeks, even though i wanted to keep going, because of a series of unfortunate events, i was unable to continue, but i did give my babygirl he best start possible((: and i was 144 at the end of my pregnancy and i was 120pre pregnancy and now im pretty much back to normal at 125 lbs and my babygirl is only 4 weeks!(:

Breast feeding realllly helps with the weight. I was 130 before and I was 175 during my pregnancy. I had my son on the 12th and have been exclusively breastfeeding and I'm already at 140.

I think its cause you just had baby and maybe your body is still adjusting to not being pregnant anymore. . I didnt really experience this after i had my baby but feeling or being swollen after just delivering doesnt seem too odd to me. . Im sure as everyday passes by you'll feel better and better(:
