mucus plug
I've been slowly losing my mucus plug over the past week. It started brownish then was greenish until tonight when it was brownish pink with small bright red spots in it. Is this normal or should I call the doctor? They are very small blood spots...not a lot of blood.
As long as you're in no pain I would just stay home. You can call labor and delivery to make sure but I'm going through the same. I'm losing my mucus plug little by little but there hasn't been any blood in mine yet. But I would call and double check with the hospital just to make sure.
