I'm 14 weeks and I liked up online what a mucus plug was because I was having weird stuff come out and so Farr it looks like I have lost it what should I do

They do regenerate and you can lose it multiple times throughout pregnancy. It's a good idea to let your doctor know, but it's likely alright.

I don't think there is anything you should do. It will come back if you did in fact loose it, but its a little early on so maybe call your nurse and ask if its ok just to make sure. Good luck and congrats on the pregnancy.
