my weight

I am six weeks and four day along.the week before I found out the scale said i was 200lbs. I gained 35 lbs this winter witch I'm not proud of. Anyways I feel so fat and big already at six weeks.  Will I gain a lot more? I constantly feel full and I have pressure under my ribs. No morning sickness yet or any other symptoms.  I'm really afraid to gain to much weight and also feel like I no control over my eating. Any advice?  I am 28 years old and it is not easy for me to lose weight to begin with.

Women (depending on height) should eat 1900 - 2500 calories a day. During 1st trimester add 200, during third trimester add 300. I'm 6ft, 175 lbs & I eat 2200 calories a day, so while pregnant I try to eat 2400.. it doesn't happen every day but that's okay so long as I'm eating healthy things, nutrients the baby needs. 75-100g of protein a day, folic acid, calcium, etc. I lost 3 lbs my first trimester & baby is big - growing ahead of schedule. Now that I'm in my second I'm trying to gain steadily as recommended. You'll be okay if you just live a healthy lifestyle!

Eat six small meals a day instead of three large meals, ab workouts are fine as long as you're off your back (planks, leg lifts are good), up your protein, eat healthy carbs (whole grains, high fiber). Tons of veggies & some fruit. Walking, swimming, calisthenics, are all good exercise options.
