The best way to date the pregnancy is to have an ultrasound done.  I have longer cycles as well and I always go by the date of my first trimester ultrasound which is ALWAYS off from the first day of LMP method.

Sounds like your cycle lengths are longer.  Same as mine.  If your cycle lengths are 5 weeks (35 days) then enter your LMP as one week later (as most of them are based on 28 day cycles).  Try this site...

or try pregnancy calculator based on cycle length or conception date.

The only way you'll really be able to get an accurate due date is by ultrasound. It's impossible to tell when for sure you ovulate, even though it's supposed to be about 14 days before your period it can be off for anyone on any given month. Do you know how long your cycles usually are? There are some sites that will ask how many days are in your cycle, the rest just assume you have a 28 day cycle. But even with those sites it's just a guess...the ultrasound will be best. Call your dr to set up an appointment and tell them you have long cycles and you are unsure how far along you are.
