Is it normal to have creamy white discharge more than usuall im 23wk on wednesday I have mild annoying back ache and my belly hurts when baby moves is this normal??x

That happened to me at 23wks 5days. It ened up being my mucus plug. I called my midwife and she said I was FINE and that was normal. Five days later I went into LABOR. I lost my son and I found a new doctor. This was 7 months ago. I am pregnant now and if I feel or see ANYTHING I will be going to my doctor or the ER. SO please go to ur doctor and get an ultrasound, so if it is ur mucus plug they can give u a Cercloage (sp?) To stop ur cervix from opening. Im jus letting u know so u wont end up like i did. I hope everything is finw tho! :)

If you were my patient, I would advise you that everything you mention is normal for your stage.  The discharge is because of the increased hormone levels in pregnancy.  The back ache and tummy ache are also par for the course.  The best news is that you are more than half way done!

I have had 2 kids already and that has happened to me with both of my past pregnancies and its happening with this one to.
