new job

I recently got this new job serving in a restaurant. The restaurant doesn't open until the 9th of this month, but we've been training. I just found out I'm 8 weeks pregnant a few days ago and I'm terrified to tell my managers. Fearing that they might fire me. This job is an "at will" job so, they can let us go for any reason. Should I tell them before the restaurant opens or just wait? Has anyone else experienced this?

I also found out i was pregnant when i bearly started a new job and i understand you bc i was also terrified of getting fired so i didnt tell them i was hiding my pregnancy for 5 months like i wasn't even showing but i just didnt say a thing and i would hide when i would feel bad and all. But once my boss found out he got very mad he told me they have the right to know this since they do have to watch out with me and cant have me do certain things and bc its their responsibilities if something happened to me in the job hours he told me i could get in trouble for not telling him. I dont know if its true that you can get in trouble but thats what he told me. At the end he didnt gire me i just quot two weeks ago and im 34 weeks. Up to you i know its scary but might be the best. Plus its very hard to hide the symptoms and all that morning sicknes. Many workers suspected i just always denied it

I wouldn't tell them and if they confront you upset ..my response  would be thati didn't tell you because I didn't think it mattered as its not effecting my ability to work for you

I guess I'm just nervous, because they are opening a new restaurant and they want staff that are ready and willing to work in a fast paced environment. I'm scared that they'll think by me being pregnant that I will be slow and lazy.

I dont see how they can fire you just for being pregnant but if you think they will just dont tell him
