not sure if i should go to the ER

I'm 11 weeks and I've had severe morning sickness since I found out I was pregnant. I just was in the ER on Saturday for dehydration for the fourth time and had to get an IV. I was feeling better but now I went back downhill and haven't been able to eat or drink anything all day and now everytime I throw up and I blow my nose a lil blood comes out. I noticed its only after I get sick and not if I'm just blowing my nose after sneezing or something. I heard you might get nosebleeds when pregnant and idk if its from that or something else

Thanks everyone for your advice I'm doing wayy better today my boyfriend took me to a Japanese steakhouse today since I was feeling terrible yesterday and I was able to keep that down and lemonade helps me too. I went to see my blood Dr today and he said all my levels are fine he prescribed me a stronger prenatal vitamin. I salute the mothers with more than one kid because I dont think I can do this more than once lol

Manda I think that's somewhat like some people who are smokers, all of a sudden feel sick when they smell cigarette smoke before they even suspect they're pregnant! I find things like that so cool :)

I was the same way when i first found out i was pregnant i spent my first trimester in the er. if you feel the need to go in then do. call your doc first and see if you can come in for iv fluids cause you cant keep anything down most doctors office will do that. mine did.

Manda,  your body always knows what you need.  ;D  Pay attention to what foods catch your eye-  your body will tell you what to eat and drink.

I hated eating crackers for this. Didnt work! But it was weird. One day, before i found out i was pregnant,i craved lemonade because i was so sick. Never realizing that lemon eases morning sickness. THEN i found out i was pregnany. Found it weird that my body even knew and im a ftm :)

Are you drinking small sips of gatorade (like,  a tablespoon every 10 minutes)?  That's usually easier to keep down that larger drinks.

The bleeding nose is probably from capillaries breaking from the trauma of vomiting and I wouldn't worry about that. If you think you are getting dehydrated you need to go to the er. I dont want to scare you but dehydration messes up your electrolyte balance and can be dangerous to your pregnancy. If your sickness is that severe you should ask your Dr if it may be that you have hyperemesis gravidarum. It is a condition that affects a small percentage of women but is characterized by extreme nausea and vomiting.

i wouldn't go to the er, but stay hydrated and lay down. Don't overwork yourself. Before your get up in the morning, eat a couple crackers and wait 10 mins. It ends soon darling, stay patient :)
