I saw that spinach is really good for them and I tried it the other day and it was pretty good. They have also helped with constipation. What is spirulina powder?
I think this sounds healthy, I agree I wouldn't use the low/non fat, you are growing a human! :) I'm jealous of your smoothies tho, they sound fantastic. Try googling some healthy items you can add to smoothies like the above poster said nice change & there's some great super foods out there that can make a smoothie taste great!
I think you should change to full fat as well, especially the youghurt as low/fat or not fat unless its unsweeted liked greek yoghurt will contain a heap of sugar, you could also look at putting in some chis seeds, weatgerm etc, if you want a change you could try fresh orange juice, banana and spirulina powder blended up as well :)
Very healthy and you need dairy and fruits when your preg.
