if your worried about your sugar eat a piece of white bread wait 2 hrs and check your sugar. I'm diabetic so I know what spikes it. If it's over 120 you need to go to talk to your doctor.

Your doctor should be checking your urine for glucose every time your seen. Also, you should be having a 1 hour glucose tolerance test. If you are within normal limits you won't have to do the three hour glucose tolerance test.
