ouch holy heartburn. any home remedies work for u ladies?

Crazy bad heartburn / reflux. It's really killing me. Time aren't working n now I got a migrane too. Geez she needs to just come on already. How can I get rid if this hb? I'm 35.1 any suggestions on how to help myself soften and dialate? I walk daily with my two yr old n one yr old but with both of them I was at one cm and two cm forever n was induced with both..??? Any SAFE at home remedies??

Have plenty of sex......stay active.....maybe mow the yard thats what my sis did and the bumps caused her to go into labor........people say spicy goods and pineapple but if u have heartburn spicy foods are prob not a good idea......lol

It may sound weird or gross but a teaspoon of mustard really helps

I take two tums then drink a glass of ice cold milk that helps me plain tums dont even touch my severe heartburn
