over hydrating??

Man. Today I chugged like 64 oz of water from 10-1. And good Lord I was peeing like crazy!! I felt like I was peeing myself but there was nothing on my underwear or pants. And I know I'm not leaking fluid cause my underwear smells like sweat. (I'm a waitress.) Is it possible that I drank too much at one time? I hate that moist feeling.

Haha thank you! I plan on it. :) Once I stopped drinking water so fast the moistness stopped. I could hold it but some would still leak out. If it was my water leaking I wouldn't have been able to hold it and I'd be wet down my legs I'm sure.

you could be leaking and not realize it because it won't smell of urine if you drank a lot of water.

I already leak pee when I hold it too long. So maybe my bladder was just on overload?
