ovulation?

heya guyss! right heres a question im slightley confused! my period was a week and four days late! and only lasted for three days when it usually lasts for 5! now it was from heavy to a bit of spotting but it was more cramps, now it has nearly ended, when would i more likely to ovulate beings it was late or would that be classed as an irregular period? thankyou! xx

it was more cramping than blood really, i mean i know this is tmi.. but there wasnt hardley any blood clots at all .. and i wudnt call it a heavy period cause ive had worser then this month! it was more lighter, sometimes id wipe myself it wud be heavy, then id have cramps then just a few spots of blood on the tissue its really really weird,

If you had a faint line then your probably still pregnant and are have a break-through bleed. This occours when your period is due, but it isnt has heavy or as long as your normal period, this happens because although your pregnant there isnt enough hcg in your system to stop a small period like bleed but enough to keep the pregnancy viable, I would take another test making sure you use first morning wee, or go to your doctors and get some blood tests done

my cyle is 28 days and ma lunar phase is 14 days! yeah im pretty regular, thats what i dont get im never ever late! im always on time for my period, but last month i just got thrown off for some reason i took a test a couple of days ago it had the faintest line going u cud hardley see it, but my period started like 3 days ago, i find it all very weird:( im confused.

you take the day that your period starts as the first day of your cycle, so if you have a 28 day cycle you would usually ovulate  anytime from around day 10-16, you can go on line and fill in the particulars for your usual cycle and it will come up with approximate ovulation dates for you just google ovulation calculator, another more precise way is to keep and eye on your cervical muccus, egg white and very stretchy is fertile, you can also buy ovulation strips and start testing from day 10 in your cycle
