pain at 32weeks

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and just started feeling a constant sharp pain under my right breast.  It seems to bother me all day long without much relief.  What could this pain be? And is there any way of relieving it?  By the way, I did mention it to my doctor and he mentioned how it might just be my organs being pushed up from the baby. Does this sound right? Or could it be something I should be worried about?

Linzola1 said what I had to say, and I don't think you have to be really thin, I am normal weight, and had these pains look up round ligament pain,  sometimes when you grow super fast like i have it will also cause your muscles to tear.   My doctor also said that if you had some injury even somthing minor that you don't remember that caused your muscles to ache for a few days then dissapeared,  that creates a weak spot in your muscle and when you grow it will tear again.

I had this same pain during pregnancy with both of my children.  I am an OB/GYN sonographer with 14 years experience and lots of my patients have the same complaint.  I hear ALL kinds of reasons for the pain- Count on this pain lasting until a couple of weeks postpartum and try pressing your hand against the area that hurts for short temporary relief.

Hello,

It's hard to say.  It very well might be the position of the baby.  Try warm compresses and tylenol.  Follow up with your ob.
Best,
