poor fetal growth management?

Im 38 weeks pregnant and I had an ultrasound last week to check how big the baby is and they said everything looked fine. My baby weighs 7lbs 4oz. I checked the doctors notes last night and he wrote "Poor fetal growth management". Which I dont understand.
I looked it up and women were talking about their doctors said their babies were under weight being 5 or 6lbs...
So I dont understand?

I would ask the Dr. It seems strange they would wright something like that without discussing it with you.  Anything from 5.5 to 10 pounds is considered normal at birth with 7.5 being average. So you sound right on track to me.

Ask the doctor what he or she meant.  I can't think of why they would say "management" in this context.  You manage your own growth (your weight gain or loss in pregnancy) but there is little enough anyone can do to manage the fetus' growth.
