I am 6 weeks pregnant right now and had a tubal ligation 8 yrs. ago.  It's possible.  The dr. is still ruling out ectopic on me, due to no sight of the yolk sac or fetal pole yet.  However, my HCG numbers indicate it's intrauterine and are doubling accurately.

Did you find anything out yet?  This can be quite a shock to receive such news.  :-)

Have you considered the possibillity of menopause.  I don't know your age but it seems like menopause also causes some of those symptoms and hormonal changes.

Hi!
You could try a blood pregnancy test--those are as accurate as it gets.

It IS possible to get pregnant after a tubal, especially if the tubal was a long time ago.

If you are not pregnant, you might want to see your primary care doctor about the possibility of GERD.  Sometimes something like prevacid or protonix or Nexium can really help those types of symptoms.

Good luck!
