I had the same when I found out I was getting really bad pains in my left side and went to doctors next day and they send me to hospital because it could of been ectopic pregnancy I had bloods taken swabs and a scan and they couldn't see anything then the pain went a little and they send me home and told me to come back in 24hours to see if hormones double and they did then we had another scan after a week and the little one was okay, but the pain was there because I had a quit big cist on my left ovaries but when we have been for out 12 weeks scan it was gone :-) good luck with yours hope everything is okay

I do ultrasound. I am 5w2 and just saw a sac. Sometimes with a tilted uterus it is very hard  to see an early pregnancy. Try not to worry

this sounds normal, you're early in your pregnancy. i had an internal scan at 5w5d as hormones showed i was pregnant but normal scan showed nothing. that way i saw the baby. now im 14w3d n ive seen baby again and heard heartbeat. dont worry and good luck
