I heard tuna you can't have. So I've been staying away from it. Tuna shark AMD swordfish are high in mercury. I'm a seafood fanatic as well. But you have to limit yourself to 12oz of seafood a week. In case it does have mercury. So like the salmon I buy are 4oz each so I known I can have 3 of those a week.

Any low mercury ... Tuna, salmon, haddock, all crustations like lobster crab clams muscles etc. White fish. No sushi or raw at all. Fully cooked. Dont eat it too often, like a couple times a week is the recommendation. No shark, talapia, orange ruffie, or high mercury fish, google for exacts :)
