I have a cold and every time i sneeze i pee.. I hate this.. Plus i have class tonight.. I hope i do not pee on my self..

I would try and use panty liners and start doing kegel excerises I brought Ben waa balls to help with this.

I don't have that problem but my sister did. She used to wear a pad just in case. Idk how it worked I never asked but it's worth a try
