sneezing
I'm 11 weeks preg but I'm so worried about my sneezing prob...does it hurt my baby.... :((

Your baby will be fine if you sneeze (: I'm 33 weeks 3 days and I get scared to sneeze cause sometimes I pee a little bit! Lol
No. I've been having the same problem but it's mainly in the morning for me though. I'm 11 weeks and 5 days.It may help if u take benadryl. It dose with me but they say everyone is different lol.
I'd say no you'll be ok. What you can do is squeeze your pelvic muscles tight when you sneeze instead of leaving them naturally relaxed. I do that when i sneeze it's more comfortable to me but I'm also 34 weeks and afraid I'll urinate on my self lol.
