No, its not JUST for pregnant women...at all. I was looking at before and after pics of women who weren't preggo and it was amazing. I particularly like the one saying I saw "The difference between and butt, and as A$$!"

Gordonbaby I didn't mean that it doesn't help I guess I should have worded that a little different...I just meant that this isn't a pregnancy workout, you don't have to be pregnant to do it or have to be so far along before yu can start

Squats alone have been medically proven to strengthen the muscles in the pelvic region to help assist in pushing during labor....as for bringing on labor, I was also informed that I does help....its no miracle worker, but it has been known to help.

To the girls thinkin this helps yu dialate or brings on labor, this workout it simply to tone yer legs and bottom! I made it to day 17 before I couldn't take it anymore): lol I felt like chopping my legs off

I read this last night, looked up some things online, and I'm officially onboard : ) Started last night and will continue. It seems to have multiple benefits. Hopefully on top of walking, the challenge and  lifting my 5lb weights for my back and arms, I can stay somewhat in shape while waiting for baby K to get here : ) Thanks Ladies!!

You can definitely break them up throughout the day because by day 30 you should be doing 250 squats!!!!! Idk about you ladies but I am sure not sitting there banging out 250 at once lol.....and no I'd doesn't matter when you start because this isn't a challenge just for pregnant woman.....I just found it and thought it was a good way to get in shape that was easy and safe!!!! Inbox me for any questions and honestly the motivation should be just to be doing something.....it helps you get into shape, it helps prepare for a good labor and as you get further along it helps push baby Down and dialate as somebody else mentioned!!!!!! So give it a try

@nardz I got it off Khloe Kardashians instagram! It's not a pregnancy workout but I asked my doc about it and he said hell yeah that is a great workout it's not high impact and it can help strengthen your ab muscles which will help ease labor! :)

Sorry guys I never got back to u it was moving day yesterday!!!! Lol but yea it's an amazing challenge and it's actually not as strenuous as I thought it was going to be.....one thing I would do is look up a few YouTube videos on the proper way to squat because if you do them wrong you can seriously hurt yourself and while your pregnant I wouldnt risk doing them wrong!!!!!!! But me I'm on day 5 as well 70 squats today!!!!!!

I tried my hardest to do 30 without stopping . Then after 30 I took a break for no longer than 2 minutes and finished the last 20 ... I'm no fitness person either lol , I'm just determined to keep my body in shape , especially with all the extra pregnancy pounds
