It doesnt matter how far ur partner "goes in you". But if it hurts u then dont. Its called braxton hicks contractions and along comes cramping and it will happen everytime you have intercourse. Same thing happened to me and I went to the docs. But if u are still unsure go in and talk to ur doc.
It's normal and fine for you to have some slight cramping after sex. Semen can cause you to contract, along with orgasms, and the act of sex. All of these things release oxytocin in your body (which is a feel good hormone)... Which in return can cause contractions.
* my husband try not to go far
So what can you do about bec I get it n my husband try not to go bec of this. This is my third pregnancies n always happen but I didn't understand y am so happy someone asked. My second pregnancies my husband actually had to bring to the hospital bec I was in so much pain n I told the doc what happen n she I having a contraction but it was small n it went away after rest n drinking lots of water n ice
That happens to me sometimes too. You have to really be careful and aware of how far your partner goes in. Although I'm not really answering your question, I've experienced that, the pain freaked me out so I take it easy from here on out.
