One of my m/c was to early to detect...I was like 6 days late and then had my cycle and the second one I was around 4 or 5 weeks never made it to the doctor to find out...and the thrid one I was 6 weeks (measuring there was no heartbeat) but didn't start m/c itll I was 8-9 weeks and ended up having a d&c.  So, I completely understand where the worrying comes from.  I still don't feel much but I'm having moments where I think something is wrong...but it seems to be okay.  Just stay calm.  I had my levels checked at like 15DPO and it was 119 (that's the highest mine have ever came back) and I didn't go back to check it again until yesterday..and I won't know the results till Monday.

I hope things change around and we'll be having very healthy babies in April!  Congrats and just stay calm and don't stress.  Everyone's hgc levels start different and go up from there...some ppl dont' have their go up dbling every other day where other's may triple every other day....don't stress over it and go see a doctor soon.

I feel about the same as you...those exact same symptoms except I was also tired all the time...and now they are just gone.  I guess our body will kick back in at the right time...just take it as a break and I'm sure it will come back.  I have had 3 miscarriages and never have I felt like I do this go around...everything seems different.  But we shall see if things change...good luck to you and lots of sticky baby dust.

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and was so concerned at 6 weeks because my breasts stopped hurting and I hadn't felt any real morning sickness. I went for a scan last week just to check, and everything is normal and was told just consider myself very lucky!

I noticed in all my pregnancies that my symptoms would come and go. Some days they would be stronger and some days almost non-existent. I wouldn't worry yet.

I m/c my first pregnancy as well. I noticed that my breast tenderness faded around the time I was supposed to get AF as well. I did still get some cramping on and off. I looked it up, and most of the time in a second pregnancy the sore boobs don't usually show up until nearly the end when colostrum starts up, because your body is better prepared. Try not to worry, I really hope this time is a keeper :)
Oh, and I also had morning sickness between weeks 6-7 then it disappeared.
