twins???

So this is my first pregnancy. according to the first day of my last period im 7weeks. i dont have a doctor appointment for almist another month. now im finding it weird to be soooo hungry all the damn time!!Lol! is it usualy this early when this happens. waking up from my sleep cause im hungry! Now twins run on both sides..are there any signs to hint on to twins??

In the beginning of my pregnancy I ate often and would eat before I went to sleep, wake up in the middle of the night and eat and would still wake up around 8 and felt like I hadn't eaten in days!!!! None of my other pregnancies were like that. But now im 38 weeks and never hungry. Lol im only having one. A lil boy!!

I have a twin brother and my mom is a twin and her mom was also a twin but surprisingly I'm not having twins but I remember when I was 7 Weeks I was always hungry

Oh yeah I.forgot to add my father in law is a twin and my grandma had twins so they run on.both sides here too:)

twins run on both sides of my family also and o have the same ridiculous hunger its like every two hours I have to eat and right before bedtime I usually wake up and eat in the middle of the night....I had my ultrasound at 6wks5days and its only ONE!

The symptoms of twins are the same as a normal pregnancy except amplified, if you're waking up just because you're hungry. If it's like, starving then I would say it's very possible you're having twins, or just a very greedy little one. Lol.
