I just looked this up the other day. You can have up to 12oz of shrimp, crab, pollock, tilapia, salmon, or catfish twice a week and 6oz of tuna a week.

Yes you can have seafood but there are some that pregnant women can't eat so I would research the ones you can and can't eat
