very early symptoms of pregnancy.........?

i couldnt get space in right forum so i m posting to related forum. Ok my question is what are the very early symptoms of pregnance  very early means before u miss the period. and i want to know how much the implantaton bleeding ( means ur pregnant and u bleed on ur period date) . please anwer me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just today found out i am preg from a nurse but had 8 positve pregnancy tests over the past week so i knew.....Im excited as now its been confirmed...
I have been truying 4 years and last week got told we need IVF so to now be sitting here pregnant is a miricle......
So any of you out there keep trying......!!!
Between 3-4 weeks all ive notice is lack of appetite, a bit of dizzyness and just knowing i dont feel 100% with it!!!
I have been getting very small cramping down in my womb.
Wind and hunger pains but havent been hungery,,,,,,
My stomach talks to me every night....it grumbles constantly.
But its only cause i new i was preg that i noticed these,you may not notice them...
I was 4 weeks yesterday .....

My early symptoms were the exact same as menstrual symptoms.  I was sure that TOM (time of month) was coming to visit at any minute... I even spotted red blood, which I think was implantation bleeding.
