wanting a baby

i would like some information if anyone can help i had an endometrial balloon ablation about 3 yrs ago now due to havin really heavy periods, but for past few months i have been thinkin on that i want another baby, havin this prosedure has stopped my periods n havent had one since, is there anything i can do or is it possible  to have a baby n how would i go on about it plz

Unfortunately, the ablation does permanent damage to your uterus.  I am not aware of any cases of women getting pregnant after an ablation and we definitely recommend against it!  If your ovaries are still in good shape ( a day 3 FSH level and an antral follicle count are the best way to measure that) you could have a genetic child if you hired a surrogate. Maybe you know some wonderful woman who would be willing to help out?
