i had a miscariage a month ago with a man other than my fiance and i lost the baby i really want to get pregnant again but my fiance doesnt so he always uses a condom what can i dop to get pregnant without him knowing thats what im doing

I suggest you talk to your fiance about your desire and his lack of a desire to have a child.  Sneaking behind his back to achieve a pregnancy is not a healthy way to start a family.  I can only recommend full disclosure.

First of all, if you just had a miscarriage for another man and your fiance doesn't want a baby then you shouldn't have one with him. In fact,  you guys probably should not even be getting married if there is another man in your life.
