I've lost 30 lbs so far with this pregnancy. Its pretty normal to lose weight because of your change in diet and a variety of other things. As long as your baby is growing appropriately then everything should be okay.

Depending upon your BMI it is sometimes recommended to loose weight during pregnancy. As long as your dr is okay with the weight loss that's all that matters

With both of my children I lost weight. It was like I lost weight everywhere but my belly, but both my babies were healthy as could be. I call it my pregnancy diet lol I don't recommend using it all the time though... ;)

With my oldest son- 11 years ago I lost 16pounds in the beginning of my pregnancy. With my 14 month old I only gained 7 pounds the whole pregnancy. I am 34weeks6days with my 3rd...I just had my checkup today and have lost 3 pounds! When I had only gained 2 to begin with. I am a bigger girl and knew from my last pregnancy that it is ok to not gain much but today kinda threw me. I asked the doctor if everything is ok and she said yes, as long as the baby is still growing on track they dont worry about how much weight you gain or lose, if you have a little extra weight on your body...the baby will take what it needs. She said just make sure if I cant eat much to make sure I eat the right kind of foods and to keep taking my prenatals.

You just might be one of the lucky ones that leaves the hospital smaller than you started your pregnancy. Lol
