I went in at 32 weeks and had 6 lbs over two weeks and hadnt done anything different! I was like wth!! Then I went on maternity leave, went in today at 34 weeks and was terrified to step on scale (once again did NOTHING different besides NOT working) and LOST two pounds!! Lol so dont freak out over a jump in weight gain... it could just even itself out the next week!! Good luck everuone one!!! (Total weight gain 25lbs)

I know how you feel! I'm almost 36 weeks and I've gained 16. I gained 5 lbs in a week and I almost cried.
I'm just trying to increase the number of walks I go on and incorporate healthier snacks.  It seems like no matter what I do though,  the weight is still coming on :/

Even if you gain a pound a week (which is recommended btw) you will have only gained about thirty pounds, all of which should be easily lost after baby is born. It's unhealthy to try to restrict weight too much.
