what now?

Hey everyone, I just found out I'm 6weeks today and I got to see my baby heart beat, am beyond happy and excited (: but my question is, how do I take care of my self and my baby? What are foods. Should avoid? What are things I should avoid to keep from miscarriage? Its my first time pregnant and am scared. I just want to keep my baby safe as well as my self..
Thank you (:

I totally get what ur saying! Im so scared of doing something wrong i searched on google abd did everything by the book. One book that i live by is What to expect when your expecting. Amazing book and always answers all of my questions!

Oh I also want to add take your prenatal vitamins if they don't make you sick! They give you plenty of vitamins to help keep you and your baby healthy thorought your pregnancy. And congratulations on your new bundle of joy (:

I wanna start off by saying some mothers do everything by the book and miscarry anyway. Sometimes its unavoidable and there's nothing those mothers could possibly do. Keep that in mind. I don't mean to scare you its just some things happen you can't do anything about. Also there's many things you're restricted from and many different opinions on things. For example some ladies drink an occasional glass of wine, some forbid to do so just in case even if a Dr okays it. You shouldn't clean a litter box if you have a cat. Don't eat anything raw. Some ladies don't eat deli lunch meat if it isn't toasted to some degree. There's many different things I don't wanna make this post too long and bore you lol
