Hi!
It can be very devastating to have so many losses!  It is not anything that you have or haven't done, and nothing that you can control.  The very GOOD news is that your remaining tube seems to be working.  Very often after a tubal pregnancy, one tube is removed and the other is damaged so there is no option except IVF.  You are lucky in that regard.
If you were my patient, I would begin a work up for recurrent miscarriage, although you don't strictly meet the criteria yet.  I would want to do a saline ultrasound or HSG (hysterosalpingogram) to be certain that your uterine cavity is normal.  I would also do some blood work checking for conditions such as Lupus that could contribute to miscarriage.
I would probably check thyroid function and antibodies, anti-cardiolipin antibodies; lupus anticoagulant; ANA; and anti-beta2 glycoprotein1 antibodies.  If all of these results were
normal, I would probably check for Factor V Leiden and prothrombin 20210 problems.

One thing that you can try on your own while waiting to see a doctor, is taking low dose aspirin--81mg per day.

Some other tests (pricey) to consider would be Karyotype of both partners and sperm DNA fragmentation analysis.

If you keep trying, you will probably have success.  I would recommend working with a specialist in reproductive endocrinology though.

Good luck!
