Another premature baby?

When I had my first baby....she was 4lbs.&12 oz......is there chance I could have another premie? Even if I do quit smoking cigarettes?

Yes, having previous premature births usually leads to another premature birth. With me my son was born late preterm 37 weeks 5.67 llbs and my daughter was born at moderate preterm at 32 weeks 4.4 llbs. So more then likely youll have this baby early

My dr said to prevent another premature baby he would put my on progesterone supplements. You should ask your OB about it.
