I have a niece that was born 6 weeks early, she is doing great but still in the hospital because she is having an issue with gas, she was breastfeeding but they stopped that due to the gas. They have done a dye test *all was good* now they are saying that they want to do some other test & xrays which i am fine with but then they said something about doing a biopsy. From what i have read gas is pretty common in babies especially premature babies because some things are not fully developed and are still developing. Isnt this a bit much for something that seems to be pretty common? Please help, this is my brother & sister-n-laws 1st child and they are a bit concerned about this. Thanks for any advice u can offer.
