my 35 week old baby is loosing weight

I had my daughter 5 days ago and she was born at 35 weeks becuase I had toxemia. She didn't need to spend any time in the ICU and has been doing great. We took her home after 3 days and just had our Dr's appt. she was born weighing 5lbs 4oz and left the hospital at 4lbs14oz. She weighed 4lbs11 1/2oz today and the Dr. said for me to just feed her more often. I am feeding her as often as possible about 11 to 12 oz in a 24 hour period. She is also peeing and pooping every time I change her which is about every 2 to 3 hours. The doctor seemed unconcerned but I'm of course very worried. When is there reason for concern? My gut tells me that she is doing well and to keep doing what I'm doing, of course I would be feeding her more if she would eat it. I'd love some guidence. Thank you.

Its completely normal for babies to lose weight after birth, and most babies will be back up to birthweight by 2 weeks of age.
